Activities:

Within the framework of work package C- Communication, five main activities are planned, namely:

  1. Initial activities, including communication

Within these activities, an analysis of the intended objectives and results will be made and a communication plan prepared, which will include the identification of stakeholders and target groups, an action plan for implementing communication activities and all the activities needed to present the objectives and results of the project to project partners and to identified stakeholders and general public.

  1. Publications

Media newsletters or press releases will be prepared to inform stakeholders and target public about the project and its implementation (initial project information, project progress, information on the results of the project, etc.). Press conferences will be held.

  1. Public events

Public events will include the initial (kick-off) meeting (presentation of the main elements of the INTERREG Cooperation Programme Slovenia – Croatia 2014-2020 and the FRISCO1 project), two annual progress meetings (presentation of progress in developing key project results) and the closing conference (presentation of key results and benefits from the FRISCO1 project).

  1. Promotional material

Promotional material will provide a better presentation of the project and better understanding of its importance. It will include: a logo with a slogan and visual elements of the project: the initial brochure and poster about the project (main project information), educational leaflets/brochures, recommendations, final brochure about the project (project results). Promotional products (promotion and visibility) will also be prepared.

  1. Digital activities

Among the first digital activities, a project website will be prepared, which will be kept up to date and maintained throughout the project. It will provide shareholders, target groups and the general public with all information about the project and its implementation.
